Registration Dates

• November 21, 2025 - February 25, 2026 - Registration Period

• Early Bird Pricing - November 21 - December 31, 2025 - $200 + $75 volunteer fee (volunteer fee will be refunded at the end of season if volunteer requirements are met)

• After December 31 - Regular pricing - $250 + $75 volunteer fee (volunteer fee will be refunded at the end of season if volunteer requirements are met. This fee is per family not per player)

  The registration fee covers the full cost for the entire season, including all practices and meets. Please note, the uniform fee is not included.

Refund Policy

Complete the Refund Request Form to request a refund. Refunds are not given for days missed due to inclement weather. Any fees paid by the Club prior to receiving the formal refund request may be excluded from the refund payment (i.e. - credit card processing fees, check handling fees, athlete fees to the League). The refund policy is based on the schedule noted below:

Registration Fees:

100% refund - Athlete withdraws from Club PRIOR TO the end of the 2nd week of practice.

No refund after 2nd week of practice.

Uniforms:

100% refund (less credit card processing fees) - Uniform was not used and returned in new condition.

No refund is issued if the uniform has been worn and / or shows sign of use.

Exchanges can be made if the uniform does not fit properly and is returned in new condition.

Volunteer Deposit :

100% refund - Upon a family’s successful completion of our Parent Volunteer Requirement.

Merchandise / Gear:

No refunds. Exchanges can be made if the Merchandise / Gear does not fit property, has not been worn, and is returned in new condition.
